Shipping

1. Shipping Costs (incl. VAT)

   Shipping within Germany is €4.95.

   Shipping to the following countries is €5.95:
   France, Italy, Luxembourg Monaco, Portugal and Spain.

   For deliveries to the United Kingdom and Switzerland, shipping costs are €11.95.
   
   Shipping to Norway €23.95.

2. If the goods cannot be transported with DHL, the costs will be calculated on a case-by-case basis by separate agreement (e.g. by shipping via a freight forwarder). Should this be the case, we will contact you in advance.

Delivery

1. Unless clearly stated otherwise in our product description, all products we offer are ready for immediate dispatch. For goods in stock, the delivery time within Germany with standard shipping by DHL is usually 3 to 5 working days. For goods in stock, the delivery time within the international delivery area with standard shipping is usually 5 to 8 calendar days. 
   
   The delivery period in the case of payment in advance begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer and, for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

4. The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item is only transferred to the buyer upon delivery of the item, even in the case of mail order purchases.
   

5. Our delivery area covers the following countries:
   
   EU: France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal and Spain
   
   International: Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom
