What makes us so special?

Our Fusilli is made from the organic Ancient Durum Wheat Russello Grain, grown in Sicily, which has a lower gluten index making it easier to digest.  

Once prepared, the pasta is slowly dried at a low temperature over many hours, ensuring the preservation of the Ancient Grain´s flavour and nutritional properties. 

We also use a bronze matrix to shape our Fusilli, which results in a coarser surface of the pasta. This in turn allows the pasta to better soak up all the delicious sauces!
